The Stoked Story
My first tax paying job came when I was 16 years old landed me washing dishes at a well known local Italian restaurant. After quickly mastering the art of clean dishes I was then moved to overseeing 4 pizza ovens. Here I learned how to properly manage the consistent baking time of pizza. Not long after this I was pulled up to the prep table and taught the art of making pizza. All within 3 months!
I remained at this position through my senior year of high school. College came along with other summer jobs from construction to retail sales. After earning my BS Business/Marketing degree my path led me to a position in the food manufacturing industry. That was 30 years ago and I have been blessed to have been employed by 3 top companies over this time period. My career has allowed me to witness/understand every type of foodservice operation. From 100+ unit restaurants chains to the local diner.
But the pizza bug never left me. Stoked was created as a passion and hobby. Stoked gives us the ability to make great pizza, visit exciting locations/events, and meet new wonderful people! Now let’s have some fun!

Stoked Booking Information
Service Details
Stoked serves pizzas buffet style. Pizzas are 10 - 12 inch round. Unlimited Buffet style will have time periods for the following amount of guest:
- 40 guest – 1 hour
- 50-70 guest – 1.5 hours
- 80-150 guest – 2 -2.5 hours
- 150-300 guest- 3 hours
- 300+ guest 3.5 hours
* Add An additional hour to your party for $200
Parking Requirements
Everything is made and served out of our custom built food trailer. We can setup in your backyard, driveway, or parking lot. We will need to discuss/agree to the parking location prior to the event. Our tow vehicle/trailer is 50 ft long in total and 11 ft in height. Trees/objects that will scratch our wrap will not work for parking.
Stoked Booking
If you are interested in booking your event with Stoked Wood Fired Pizza, we will fill out an invoice with all the details and what will be served. We require a $500 deposit for all events to secure your date and time. Travel fee includes travel 30 miles to and from Oakley State Forest, Owego, NY. We can travel up to 75 miles away for catering events, at the additional charge of $4.50 per mile. A 20% gratuity/service fee will be included in the final invoice!
